At first, the cakes reverently await the guests. It brings joy to the hosts of the party and to the arriving guests, it foretells sweet moments. it is said that "many are required for a cake". each cake is also a surprise, it requires patience. How does look inside? How does it taste? Is it spongy? Is it sweet? Is it heavy? What will it be like?

Each birthday cake requires candles and dimmed lights during signing "Happy Birthday". That cake will be seen forever at the photographs from the party with smiling family and friends around it.

imageEvery cake is made to specific order. When I make and decorate it I always think about the person for whom the cake was ordered. When one places the order and says: "I trust that you'll make something up", it is a bit harder for myself, but such surprise-cakes were always greeted with joy.

If you order a cake for yourself or for someone else, you have to remember that I will always ask for details on the occasion, place of serving, preferred shape and tase, but also about the age of a person for which the cake is made, for his/her hobby, favourite colours, for the sign on the top.

imageCakes are always made of trusted and the best products. If I can't find my trusted cream, I look in various suppliers until I find it. I always pay attention to the smallest details in order to make the cake ideal.

When I was a child, every birthday I was waken up by my parents who were singing "Happy Birthday" and holding the freshly made birthday cake. The cake was not eaten for breakfast, but it waited for the guests to come after dinner, mainly for the closest family. My mum was making the cakes at nights, when all kids were asleep. There were made of sponge cakes with layers of vanilla and chocolate custard between them and they were covered with chocolate with creamy signs. I rarely ate cakes from bakeries and when I did, it was mainly in order to find out what they were made of and how they were decorated.
